Asanas, Meditation & Breathwork

Dr. Basu Ray, along with his esteemed instructor, invites you into a transformative journey that transcends the boundaries of conventional yoga practices.

Beyond the western world's focus on asanas lies the true essence of yoga—a holistic approach interweaving meditation and breathwork, two tenants of the 8 limbs of traditional yoga. In this immersive retreat experience, we will delve into the ancient science of meditation, meticulously elucidated by Dr. Ray, designed not just for momentary tranquility but as a profound method to elongate the vitality of life, alleviating the burdens of aging and stress.
